Are your perfumes original?

We offer carefully selected perfumes across different product categories. The product type, size and available packaging options are clearly stated on each product page. If you need confirmation about a specific fragrance, please contact us before placing your order.

What does “Without Box” mean?

The perfume is supplied without its individual retail box. The bottle, fragrance and size remain exactly as described on the product page.

What does “Master Box” mean?

The perfume is supplied with its available box or packaging. Packaging may vary depending on the product, so please check the product images and description or contact us for confirmation before ordering.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes between 1 and 3 working days, depending on your governorate:

• Cairo, Giza and Alexandria: 1–2 working days
• Other Governorates: 2–3 working days

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, cash on delivery is available.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Eligible orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
